1. Publisher of concerts.pl newsletter is "Impresariat Oprocz" located in Szczecin, Poland.

2. As a part of this service, an e-mail is sent to an address given by user, in cyclical form, containing concerts.pl trade activities, hereinafter referred to as newsletter.

3. The subscription of concerts.pl newsletter is free and available for all users.

4. Subscribing to concerts.pl newsletter is made by following registration rules on the website concerts.pl/newsletter:
- typing in an e-mail address at which the user wants to receive the newsletter,
- clicking a link being contained in an e-mail sent automatically to the address given by the user, in order to verify the accuracy of information provided during registration,
- confirmation to agreement of these terms and conditions by ticking the appropriate box in the application form.

5. In order to use this service user must have an active and properly configured e-mail account.

6. Each newsletter includes:
- information about the sender,
- the subject of the e-mail,
- information about how to unsubscribe.

7. Each subscriber may opt out of receiving newsletter by clicking the link in the footer of each message and following steps provided on unsubscribe page.

8. E-mail address, given by the subscriber for the newsletter will not be further processed and transmitted to third parties without their consent.

9. Changes in these terms and conditions are posted on the concerts.pl/termsconditions/ and enter into force within 7 days of their publication on the page.
